I'm considering the purchase of an HP Compaq Desktop 6000 with Intel Core 2 Quad and 4 GB of RAM Pro, this device comes standard with Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 4500th I intend this computer for video editing with Adobe Premiere Pro 1.5. Is this possible?

Its possible, but likely not to function properly. You need at least ATI Radeon HD3200 even have a chance. There is an office gateway is very similar to that which has the hybrid graphics BestBuy.
